  • Has anyone traveled recently?
  • Has anyone in the home been exposed to COVID-19 that you are aware of?
  • Have you disinfected your home and the areas where our technician will be?

Our technicians have the ability to assess the situation when arriving to the home and if they feel the situation is unsafe or unhealthy has the authorization to cancel this appointment for their safety.
